By creating an account or accessing BuilderSheet ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

BuilderSheet is a web-based job costing and project management tool designed for contractors and construction professionals. We provide users with the ability to create projects, log expenses, and view estimated profit margins.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. BuilderSheet cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, project details, and expense records you enter into the Service ("User Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
• License: By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, and display your User Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (e.g., to show you your dashboard).

BuilderSheet currently offers a "Free Forever" plan for core job costing features.

• We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features or premium tiers in the future.
• We promise to provide reasonable notice if any changes affect your ability to access your historical data.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
• Overburden our infrastructure by using automated scripts or bots to access the Service.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations if data is entered incorrectly.
• We are not responsible for business losses, under-bidding on projects, or tax reporting errors resulting from your use of the software. You are responsible for verifying your own numbers.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

In no event shall BuilderSheet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
